Our 110 m² villa is located on a large wooded and country plot in a quiet area and not overlooked. On one level, the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and air conditioning.
It is ideal for spending with family or friends a stay close to the first beaches and the animation of the port of Saint Florent (located 4 km). Patrimonio is a very beautiful wine village where you can taste good wines in the cellars and restaurants. The house is located at the start of Cap Corse and 10 minutes from the surfers' meeting: Farinole beach.
You can take a boat from the port of St Florent to reach the beaches of Saleccia and Lotu.
