Beautiful restored and newly renovated farmhouse situated on two acres of land with gunite heated pool walking distance to waterfront and the quaint historic Village of Bellport.
Your breath will be taken away by the long, 500ft pebble stone windy driveway which separates you from the road creating a private oasis. Bamboo lined backyard provides even more privacy in this sanctuary.
This house features a numerous amount of different sitting areas - the backyard features a beautiful outdoor sectional couch, six poolside loungers with umbrellas, and the back of the property features a sitting area with a fire pit.
The outdoor dining area is like it's own special fairy tail, featuring an outdoor table for six situated underneath a covered pergola with outdoor lights as well as a brand new BBQ.

The main house features gorgeous restored hardwood floors, an open concept with a beautiful marble chef's kitchen with a Viking 6 burner stove, new dishwasher, and subzero fridge and freezer (please note, there is a second fridge in basement). The dining room features a farm table for 6-8 guests, and the living room has a TV and wood burning fireplace.
