Many issues

Sadly, our stay wasn't great. Many amenities were out of order: water slide, lobby beverage dispenser, juice and water dispensers in breakfast room. These did not affect our stay but it seemed a symptom of the hotel's condition. Our room, on first appearance seemed fine. My concerns about a wall of windows overlooking the pool area were not unfounded: noise was significant but felt sleeping wouldn't be affected as pool closed at 10pm. The room was stuffy and hot though, so opted to turn A/C on. What a mistake! Very loud and due to a weird malfunction of the remote WAS UNABLE TO TURN IT OFF! Earlier the front desk clerk had been unable to understand my problem with the television so decided it would be little use to call for help. No sleep all night. Morning had us moved to another room and a discount applied which was gratefully accepted. This hotel needs some TLC to restore it to a problem free stay.

Liked that after 10:00 pm the room was quiet and ventilation system worked with comfortable bed for one person. If two on the bed it was saggy. Pool services poor as pool water cool and pool was abnormally shallow. The hot pool was over chlorinated then burning itchy eyes that did not resolve after a long shower. Some hours later the burning stopped. No pool towels available….had to report to front desk for the.

Despite booking a water slide/pool birthday party, we were never informed that it was broken. Offered no discounts. Pool was absolutely freezing. All of the kids spent the entire bday party in a tiny hot tub. Very disappointing

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We were greeted with a sign that said the water slide was "out of order". The front desk agent informed us that it had been broken down for a while and it would be a couple of months before it was fixed. This was a huge letdown as this was the reason we booked this hotel. The hotel was filthy dirty with stains all over the carpets, dirty walls, and a foul odor. There were dents/dings, and missing paint all throughout. This facility is dark and dreary and in dire need of an update. We did not have hot water in our room for the first 2/4 nights. They finally moved us after the second night. The food was terrible. The juice machine was "out of order". The milk sat in a pitcher at room temperature. There were no spoons for cereal or yougurt. My son went and asked the front desk agent for a spoon and she came and looked in the dirty cutlery basin and said "they might be here" then walked away. The pool was feeezing cold, and the hot tub was luke-warm at best. The ventilation in the pool area was not working, so it was very humid/musky and there was rust everywhere. Unfortunately, I really can not think of anything positive to say about this hotel. I highy recommend that nobody stay here EVER!

Clean rooms - friendly staff - dirty hallways and stairs, needs regular vacuuming - dirty pool area, needs power washing - hot tub full of sand - hot tub chemicals burned my eyes when jets were on - water slide never worked - breakfast area dirty, needs vacuuming - lacking a lot of breakfast food, most things out of stock, no milk, no juice, no coffee, bagels and break nearly gone.

Bit of a road trip

Decent room but lacking dishes and adequate kitchen equipment. Clean and convenient. Sadly, the pool was ICE COLD and the hot tub had so much chlorine my eyes were burning and I had to leave right away.

Average room, dated hotel but decent for the price. Phone ahead about the pool/waterslide area. Apparently Reno’s are happening soon and it will be closed.

Staff was nice. Almost everything was broken from the tap on the water jug in the breakfast room, to the waffle machine, as well as the stove in our kitchenette (both burners as well as the knob to turn one burner on). The pool was absolutely freezing, the kids couldn’t even jump in without running straight back to the hottub. The pool area itself was freezing, if you plan to sit and watch you’ll want shoes and a coat. Ontop of the pool situation the hottub was warm at best. My 3 children lasted all of 15 minutes before we were running back to our room for a hot shower. The plave has a lot of potential if some effort was actually put in.

There were areas that were not clean. Around bathtub, wall under towel rack, bathroom door. Noisy room heater and chirping smoke detector. Hallway light burned out and dark.
