It is a little ways out from Passau but it is walkable to town. The rooms were clean and spacious and there were a bunch of great amenities in the area. Athroom was great. Parking is a little tight but there is a public parking lot across the street. The edeka besides the hotel was great for getting drinks and snacks for our stay.

The only issue was noise from neighbors (a stagette party) which is out of your control. Sleep becomes important when we are older .
