Sip N Sleepz is a hidden gem two blocks from the center of downtown Paso Robles. Beautifully furnished and fully equipped with all that you need for a relaxing getaway. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is close to all of the best boutiques, local restaurants, craft breweries, wine tasting rooms and so much more! Spend an afternoon exploring the town or sit back and enjoy your home away from home in this cozy abode. Sleeps 6 guests.
About the space:
Walk into the spacious downstairs living area that has an expansive living room featuring a sofa sleeper, smart TV and throw blankets. The kitchen is located off the front entryway and has stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space to cook a meal in as well as a dining nook with a table set for four. Small appliances include a Keurig coffee maker, milk frother, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle and blender. Enjoy a cozy reading corner with a comfy chair, side table and reading lamp. The half bath is conveniently located downstairs. Washer/dryer is near the garage entrance with dryer sheets and laundry detergent.
All three bedrooms are located on the second story. The spacious primary bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and smart TV. The primary bathroom has dual vanity sinks and a massive walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms feature one queen size bed and one full size bed as well as smart TVs. The guest bathroom upstairs has a tub/shower combination. Each bathroom is equipped with hair dryers, luxury towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, makeup remover wipes and more.
There’s a quaint fenced patio off the living room with a patio table and chairs set for four.

This is a gem in downtown PR! It was very clean and comfortable. Communication with our host was also excellent— very prompt and detailed responses. We only stayed one night, and we wished we could have stayed longer!

Great spot for a getaway!

Perfect stay in Paso Robles

It is a cozy home with a big garage. The house is well equipped and maintained. The small back yard was useful for outdoor dining in the evening with breeze. One possible improbement is an instruction for the garage door. We spent some time to locate the switch and the way to operate. An instruction could be added in the insturuction book which was very useful as a one-stop finding of all what guests would like to know.

We had a great time. Check in was simple and easy and it was great to be able to walk to downtown so easily. The townhouse is spacious with tons of space to hang out indoors or on the cute patio.

BEST location!

We loved everything about the house. Location is amazing and perfect. We could walk everywhere in town in 3 to 10 minutes. The garage is great and our stay was wonderful. Stay here and you won’t regret it. They even had snacks and coffee for us. 6 stars!

Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in Paso and would definitely come back and rent Sip N Sleepz again. The location is easy walking to everywhere in town. The place was super clean with extra hospitable appointments to make us feel like we were staying at a friend’s house rather than a VRBO. I would highly recommend to other friends who may be going to Paso for a weekend or longer get away.

Great spot

Very cute, clean, and well stocked home. Stayed here for a girls trip and the location was perfect for walking to all the restaurants and shops downtown. Entrance is a little odd as you can only access it from the alley and not actually on the street but it was quiet and clean. Would definitely recommend this home!
