it was definitely a clean property, we were very happy with our room and the pool and overall appearance for the price we paid. The staff were nothing but nice to us the whole time as well

Pictures lie!! Beware!!! I picked this hotel because looked nice with big pool and said great breakfast! Well all 3 were a lie and of course no refund or able to cancel hotel! This is the second time Orbitz has showed great pictures but was a total fail when we arrived! Time to switch to another company

This Super 8 Motel was dirty. The room had roaches and the shower tub didn’t drain. It was just not a good stay. I skipped breakfast because I didn’t trust the cleanliness of the food handling. I would never stay here again even if it was free.

Upon check in the lady at the front desk checking me in was on a FaceTime call with who I assume were her children. She would not answer me until she finished speaking on the phone. Finally after she gave me the keys she says “sorry we doing school assignments “. Then the room was absolutely disgusting. The tub obviously has not been wiped down in a long time. The towels literally had dirt on them. The bedding was dirty with stains and hair all over it. The bed is sitting on some type of metal so any movement it pops really loud. The room smells. There was a piece of toilet paper on the floor and a leaf upon arrival. For 3 days it stayed in the same spot even though the cleaning people came in every day……..never ever again!

First room given has what appeared to be pubic hair on the sheet under the pillows. Glad I check the beds when arriving. Floors were also greasy and you could tell they clean them by just wiping and not mopping. Second room was better. Half way through night lost TV completely, so all you could hear was the parties going on outside the rooms. Front desk fixed TV after several calls. Definitely not going to be a regular renter.

Lady on desk when we arrived was very nice , how ever we were given a handicapped room and did not ask for one. Had to go to front desk and ask for clean towels as room was not cleaned

We were put into a room that was filthy and had obviously not been cleaned, urine all over the sheets, shower curtain full of mildew, walls were soiled and drawn on and the floor was full of dirt and grime, towels were used. Feces on the hand towel . Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable! We were moved to another room once I let staff know. Staff did not appear very concerned so she must be use to it. Our neighbor told us his bed had blood on it so he was also moved. Sorry but for the price and filth of this place please look elsewhere. You can tell people live there long term.

This hotel was horrendous. I have never stayed somewhere so filthy in my life. The bathtub was full of hair, toothpaste splattered on mirror, floors were visibly dirty and sticky. I cried the first night we were there and almost left, however we couldn’t afford to pay for something else after we paid for the weekend at Super 8 prior to the stay. There were guests lingering around and smoking marijuana on property. When we got home we unpacked all of our luggage and anything that that went into the hotel room and left it outside until it was washed in hot water due to filth. The room was very damp, had condensation build up plus noticeably smelled like mold. There was damage to walls that were plastered but not painted. The air conditioner was propped up with wood, also had dead roaches and crickets on floor. I can’t express enough how disappointed we are in this hotel and the reviews we read on Expedia prior to booking. I have learned my lesson to never believe reviews or pictures!
