This property is safe and in a nice area. Plenty of food and shopping near by including a Wegmans grocery store less than two minutes away.

Excellent Hotel, but pay for parking

The hotel was excellent as well as the breakfast. I was annoyed by the fact that I had to pay for parking in a rural area. It was a first. Why have a separate company operate a parking app! Just put it on my hotel bill and by pass the hassle.

The room phone didn't work. The cable was out. The icemaker was inoperative. The parking lot was full of large pits easy to turn an ankle in. No room service for 3 days until we went to the Front Desk to beg for fresh towels. THEY CHARGED THE GUESTS $15 A NIGHT TO PARK IN THE HOTEL'S LOT!! A miserable experience all the way around and I paid a hefty sum for it. I do not recommend this Hyatt at all.

Everything was great the only thing and was minor was housekeeping knocking at 930 making sure we were checking out and asked how long. We can be there till 12 so I feel like we had plenty of time still. Firepit area was great and bartender was very friendly

No Hot Tub, Charges you extras, $21 a day pay to park in a pot hole riddled parking lot that caused me to blow out a tire!!! Don’t stay here, said they would refund me and then when contacted by Hotels they said no refund even though they charged my card for $14 with no okay and didn’t even know why when I asked and complained
