Solasta is arranged over two guest levels within a building that also includes a separate, privately owned residence on the lower ground floor (not available for rent). The guest accommodation occupies a two-story maisonette on the upper levels, ensuring privacy and comfort.

The main level of the maisonette features a spacious living room designed to highlight the stunning views, with direct access to an outdoor dining area. On the same level, there is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining space, a guest WC, and one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom.
