The villa, part of a 5-residence complex with a common large swilling pool built in 2018, includes 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a living room, a dining area, a fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave oven, and a fridge, a washer-dryer, flat screen smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions, free wifi at the entire property including outside areas and the swimming pool, luxury linen and towels, as well as free ample private parking at the villa's entrance. Bathrooms have been fully renovated in 2018. The villa is located 400m and 1km from two of the island's best beaches (Santa Maria and Mikri Santa) and a 8minute drive from Naoussa, the island's hot spot, boasting gourmet as well as traditional restaurants, shops and a very good nightlife.

Lovely residence. We were 5 couples. All the rooms had ensuites. Close to the Santa Maria beach and easy to get to naoussa. Lovely dinners at nearby restaurants and were able to easily navigate around the island with a car rental but you need GPS. The concierge and owner were quick and great to support us and answer questions and arrange port and airport transportation. Excellent all around.

The House was amazing, accommodating, our extended family. The decor was true to the island and the grounds immaculate. The pool was beautiful, always quiet and accessible. Santa Maria Beach a very short walk was stunning with its clear water and mountains in the background.

Week on Paros

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the host! The Villa was simply gorgeous… and immaculate, comfortable, and with all the modern conveniences. Our group of seven had places to gather and places to get away from each other ;). Our host was very helpful and responsive. The island itself was beautiful and charming and not too busy. The nearby beach was just perfect. I would highly recommend; we hope to return next year.

Paradise in Paros

We loved stay at the Sand Key Villa 1. It was a beautiful property on Paros, great common spaces in the kitchen, living room and expansive patio, plus an amazing pool area for relaxing. George and Yiannis were great hosts and communicators for our questions and needs.

35th anniversary and 3rd anniversary Greece trip with friends.

This house is AWESOME. the various living areas made it extra easy for us all to enjoy time alone and together. We made dinner one evening and enjoyed having a kitchen and washing machine during our 15 days and 6 stops in Greece. Ours was the only house occupied in this complex and we had the pool to ourselves. The pool was warm and relaxing. This area of Paros has a lot of construction of homes similar in style and that is a wonderful sign of prosperity for Paros. The island is a perfect blend of towns and open space. Thank you for the wine and welcome box of treats. We left some opened items in the frig for future renters to enjoy. Thank you for the wonderful toiletries too. Much appreciated. The owner and property manager were both wonderful with communication and we had assistance renting ATVs for time exploring the island. We loved everything about our stay and always enjoy renting a home instead of hotel rooms.

Great vacation house in Paros

Great vacation house located in Santa Maria, Paros! Spacious, clean, well kept and can easily accommodate family of 8-10 and perhaps more. Easily accessible and out of the busy towns of Naosa and Piraes. Great setup with the shared pool and close to a few great restaurants and beaches in the area. Short drive to Naosa for groceries, restaurants, and nightlife. Highly recommended! Note: Keep in mind the cash security deposit upon arrival and checkin (you will get it back at checkout).

Great week at the Sand Key Villa!

We stayed with another family of friends (total of 4 adults and 4 boys) at the villa for one week. Everything was perfect: the place is very quiet but at walking distance from the Santa Maria beach, the house was lovely, very well organized and equipped with terraces on the outside for breakfasts/dimmers and for relax! The swimmingpool was incredible and the boys loved it! The host was extremely caring before and at the arrival and during our stay! I would recommend to anyone that wants to spend a relaxing week in Paros!!

Relaxing holiday in a wonderfully located villa

We stayed at Georges house in two weeks and loved it. The close distance to the lovely Santa Maria beach, and the pool in the garden was great. We were 8 persons and all loved the house and the facilities by the house and the nice beach. The youngest child was bathing constantly in two weeks. The villa was really comfortable and clean and luxurious. The grounds and pool were amazing and very well maintained. The location was perfect, however we did have a car to get to the town quicker and easier. We will really recommend this villa.
