Nikoramavilla is located on an area of ​​more than 5000 sq.m. The huge complex consists of three separate rooms, which are rented out together and can accommodate more than 19 people. Our villa is the best option for holidays in large groups, families, and is perfect for events and parties. Complex consists of a two-story house, adjacent to which there are two completely independent apartments, each of which has three bedrooms and full kitchens, combined with a living room and verandas. Between the two-story house and the house next to it, there is a large barbecue area that can easily accommodate more than 20 people at the same time, here you can have joint breakfasts and dinners! The third room is a house, it is located immediately behind the barbecue area and is also completely autonomous. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen area with access to a veranda with incredible sea views.And of course, a wonderful, deep pool with sun loungers for you and your loved ones. Absolute privacy is guaranteed for your company, complete absence of neighbors and the opportunity to relax while listening to your favorite music surrounded by loved ones!
