The villa offers beautiful views of the Aegean and the island of Naxos. In addition, some of the island’s most popular beaches, such as Santa Maria, Ambelas and Kolymbithres are within 10 minute drive.
Its’ ideal location gives you the opportunity just to relax and enjoy the privacy and serenity of the villa, experience the vibrant nightlife of picturesque Naoussa village with it’s traditional restaurants, bars and elegant boutiques, at a five minute drive.

The total surface of the villa is 120 sq.m, in two levels and accommodates up to 5 persons.
On the first level you will find the living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed (width of 1.60 m) and a bathroom with a shower/WC.
On the second level below, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed (width of 1.60 m), a second bedroom with two single beds (size 90 x 200 cm) and a bathroom.
The villa also features a spacious BBQ area as well as comfortable seating, at the private garden patio or the veranda, with lovely sea views. The property has direct access to the 120 sq.m. swimming pool, shared by 5 other villas.
The villa is furnished and fully equipped to the last detail -including AC, TV, washing machine, BBQ, all kitchen electric appliances, towels and linen- to ensure you'll have a very special holiday without worries.
