The town of Naousa is a mere six minute drive from the house offering not only a vibrant atmosphere but also a combination of Greek tradition with the cosmopolitan liveliness of a bustling town.
With the breathtaking view of the Aegean sea and the island of Naxos the property is surrounded by a patio and a garden and features three spacious bedrooms and an independent guest house.
The main house of approximately 200 sqm spans across three levels. The ground floor consists of a living room and a dining room, a kitchen and a convenient WC. Ascend to the upper floor for the master bedroom and bathroom and enjoy the breathtaking view from the balcony. The basement offers two bedrooms and one bathroom in addition to a storage area and a laundry room.
The independent 35 sqm guest house features an open plan layout kitchenette two single beds joint into a king size bed and a bathroom.
