Private setting, quiet, close to nature with stunning views of the Chesapeake and amazing sunsets yet close to local towns for shopping and restaurants. Crab or fish right off the dock. Bring your boat! There is ample docking and a boat ramp on the property. There is also a public boat ramp minutes away. Excellent fishing and boating opportunities await just minutes away. Charter boats/captains are also available nearby for offshore, inshore and bay fishing. The home boasts a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There are fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom, 2 screened porches and a deck for sunning with southern exposure. Outdoor cooking options are awesome with a new Weber Genesis gas grill and Weber Slate gas griddle. There are 3 hard shell kayaks, 2 paddleboards and three bikes available for use.
