Location can’t be beat. Walk 1 block (.3 mile) to Park City Mountain Resort or take the staircase down 11th Street to Park Avenue and Historic Main Street (.6 mile).
Secure locked garage parking has parking for 6 cars and radiant heated driveway. Parking is a plus in Old Town where it can be difficult.

55" smart TV has streaming on Roku that's linked up Netflix, Hulu, You Tube and Amazon Prime and all your subscription channels. Energy efficient washer/dryer in each unit.

1 Gig internet speed from Xfinity.

One bedroom has a king bed with quality linens and Apple TV. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds.

There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room to accommodate a total of 6 guests per condo.

The kitchen has a Sub-zero Refrigerator and Wolf oven/range. Dinnerware and barware are provided for eight. Coffee machine and Espresso maker in each unit.

Bathrooms are updated w/glass stall shower in the hall bathroom and a Swedish spa tub and shower in the 2nd bathroom. The bathrooms have hair dryers and plenty of towels.

These luxurious condos are air conditioned for warm summer months. Each unit has it’s own personal ski/board locker. We also provide bike racks and air pumps for those visiting us in the summer.

The shared sunny back deck has a gas BBQ grill & 8-person hot tub, with seating for outdoor dining. The covered front porch overlooking Park City is perfect for reading a book or sipping a glass of wine or a snifter of High West Whiskey.

Easy access to PCMR and Old Town

Comfortable and efficient condo within walking distance to PCMR. From the Creole trail, you can quickly get to the top of the street the condo is on then walk downhill. The garage is snug for a big SUV but doable. The hot tub is in a lovely setting. Well stocked kitchen.

Great stay

My son and I stayed for six nights in March. Access to Park City mountain was easy (especially if you take advantage of the ski valet in the Main Village - $10/day for skis & poles or snowboard). Also easy walk to Park City town. The unit is very comfortable for lounging and sleeping, and reasonably well-equipped for cooking simple meals. Some noise from unit 4 directly above. The hot tub was great after skiing; the BBQ was not accessible due to the huge quantity of snow on the deck. Garage is a big plus. Owner was very responsive.

Awesome getaway for a relaxed weekend in Park City

My family really enjoyed our stay at Bluebird House. We had a low-key, relaxed time and spent many hours sitting on the deck just watching the hills and neighbors walking their dogs. Lovely time and looking forward to returning.

Convenient location to PCMR

Overall I enjoyed our stay at the property. It is a very short walk to the PCMR base which was nice for ski access. The listing accurately described the accommodations and it worked well for a family of four with younger kids. The owner was attentive and on top of it. I would recommend.

Great location and condo

Everything was great. Four of us stayed there which is probably perfect number. Location is great for skiing. Garage parking was great. That made it easy to get everything out of car and into condo. It snowed so didn’t have to clean off the car. Beds are super comfortable. We didn’t cook but the kitchen has everything you would need. It was nice to have washer/dryer in the condo including laundry detergent. We had everything we needed in general. Renee responded immediately to any questions I had.

Great family spot for skiing and enjoying Park City

Location was perfect - easy walk to the mountain and Main Street in Park City. Hot tub was a welcome respite after a long day skiing and the condo was comfortable and had enough room for our two teenagers to spread out. All in all, a great homebase for our family to enjoy everything Park City has to offer.

Better than what we needed

I booked a last minute father/daughter trip to Park City and was fortunate to stumble into this rental. The location is perfect in being able to walk to slopes and to town. The property manager (Renee) was incredible and even though we didn’t have many needs, she exceeded all of them. There was room for 3-4 more people at least in this place.
