Renovated 775sqf Huge 1 BDR Luxury Condo

Lovely ski-in-ski out 775 Sqft one bedroom, in a full service luxury hotel with great amenities (access to all Westgate facilities and services). We can truly connect with nature but still enjoy and feel pampered. The property is spacious and comfortable, yet feels cozy with a mountain decor. This one bedroom is at amazing location within Westgate, as it gives you a beautiful view while avoiding one extra elevator ride, very close to an exit door (good for pets). Full kitchen (fully equipped), dining area (sits up to 8 people plus opens to an additional bed), living room with a fire place and sofa sleeper, balcony with great view, steam shower, huge Jacuzzi tub, and washer/dryer.
You can share a meal with your friends in a homey environment, in the comfort of your room, at the great restaurants and fine dining on property and in the village, or take the free shuttle to Park City. We are on the mountain with great access to any location in Park City and Deer Valley, with a shuttle service that has always been available when we wanted it (just make sure to call in advance if it is a busy weekend). They will drop you off and pick you up anywhere in the are. The concierge will help you with the shuttle and with dinner reservations or any other requests.
Park City is definitely the best place to ski and to snowboard, and the mountain is only getting better, with more amenities and new lifts since Vail Resorts started managing it. It has 7300 acres of skiing, 348 trails and 41 lifts. We love the comfort of the ski valet and ski services. They are very courteous, always drying our boots and having the gear ready for us very timely at the gondola.
The kids club is great with a lot of activities and they offer good baby sitting services after hours in case you want to go out and party. We can relax completely knowing that the kids are in a safe environment.
In case you are interested we have other VRBO listings, including another one bedroom next to a 360 sqft studio. The two units can become a two bedroom total space of 1135 sqft that can sleep up to 9 people (those are two separate rentals, with two separate prices VRBO 739973 and 739973).

I stayed here with my two boys (11,14) for their spring break ski trip. We love everything about this condo and its location. The property where this condo is located has everything: underground parking(so nice!), ski valet, minutes from groceries, etc. The condo is specious and clean, recently updated so everything appeared to be new. In-room laundry is a bonus because of my two boys :). Will rent again.

Beautiful condo in the most perfect location at the Westgate. Easy access to the front desk, pool, ski locker and other amenities. We slept very comfortably for family of four. Easy and quick check in, owner very responsive to needs. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for allowing our family to rent your cozy and beautiful condo. We skied Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley this year. Had an absolute blast. We love the convenience of the ski lockers and having skies delivered to the red gondola. We loved the apartment! This is our second time skiing park city and first time staying with Vrbo. The apartment located in a great location, close to all the amenities and you can walk straight into town (an exit right in front); we enjoyed the bathtub, steam shower and well equipped kitchen; the apartment made our vacation better for sure. One note, even though it has nothing to do with the owner, the apartment complex has some renovations on going, so we heard some noises every now and then, not a big deal.

Great Westgate condo!

We love the Westgate for ski in/out access and have been coming to the Canyons for five years. Amenities are a bonus (especially the seemingly new--or maybe I never noticed previously--Ride Westgate app and service--super easy to request free transport into Park City and other locations). As mentioned previously--the location of this particular unit is fantastic for outside access (Westgate can be a maze and the walk from certain locations can be long--but not from this unit!). Decor was pleasant. View was nice (overlooks a pool/hot tub, with mountains in the distance). More than enough room for our family of three. The bathroom layout allows more than one person to be using it at a time (very helpful with a teenager) and the steam shower is awesome! Full kitchen and laundry capabilities are so helpful. Would definitely book this unit again!

Constant Construction Noise

I've used VRBO many times and this is my first negative experience. The room next to this listing was under full construction and the noise was nonstop from 7am-6pm or sometimes even later. We were so surprised when we arrived and realized we had paid a lot of money to have to listen to that for our entire vacation. Communicating with the host was very frustrating. I spent the first 24 hours arguing with her that there was even a room next door (at all) and that it was under construction. I'm not sure that she's ever even been to her own property. She must be in a different time zone because I would only get responses in the middle of the night which was frustrating to not be able to get answers during the day. There were no blankets for the pull out sofa bed - only a top sheet. The kitchen could definitely be stocked better for cooking. Very minimal silverware, multiple glasses and dishes with chips. Pans were dirty and most surfaces were dusty. The location if you plan to ski the canyons is great, but I won't stay here again. In the future I will look for hosts that don't own multiple properties as I think this is a reason for the poor communication and lack of caring that guests have a good experience.

Other than a huge mistake made by the hotel when we checked in (given the wrong room and much smaller!) we had a fantastic stay. The check in process is complex but communication with the renter was great and helped correct the problem as soon as discovered. Great location for exploring the area and such great amenities. Just plain dirty and poorly maintained

Unit upon arrival had white globs of food on the blue kitchen table fabric and kitchen table, plus at least 1-2 months of dust build up throughout the unit. Westgate house keeping cleaned the unit twice in one day, then left the unit wide open, with our belongings in there. After that there was still a 1" film of grime on the tile under the kitchen cabinets. The owners live in another state and are counting on Westgate Resorts housekeeping and engineering to maintain things and it is not happening. I wish I could upload pictures so that other travelers could avoid the hassles that we went through. We have rented many VBRO properties, over the years and always been pleased. This place was awful!

For our small family, this condo was ideal for a spring skiing trip. We had everything we needed and the location - at the base of Canyons - was perfect. Bedding, kitchen, closets, bathroom was in great condition, comfortable and everything worked. Hotel staff made life very easy with car valet, bellhop and coffee shop in the lobby. It's really the best of both VRBO and hotel worlds.

Great place for a family ski trip. The Westgate ski services, ski lockers, and shuttle service was amazing. We had easy access to the whole mountain. The unit needs a hair dryer, otherwise we had what we needed.
