Our room was great and the sauna was a happy surprise. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional. If I’m in the area again this would be my only choice.

Good luck

They lost our reservation, not once but twice. Then they wouldn't help us to get things rectified. They lost the reservation at the beginning of our 5 day stay and the then mid week took all our stuff out of our room and locked it up until 9am the next morning even though we had 2 more nights in our stay. Couldn't get a manager to help and then they started not even answering our calls. Very frustrating to say the least.

Very clean room. Beds were ok, very firm. Front desk staff didnt seem to know much or care, but they were friendly. Housekeepers were rude. The hotels.com listed amenities that they didnt have which was highly disappointing. There was not a guide for the tv which wasnt necessary because there were only 15 channels available. The hot tub was amazing and HUGE! The sauna was a nice benefit as well. It was weird having the gym in the pool area.

Ew!

Fogured since i was stauing in a high end type of town the hotel would be nicer. Outside was beautiful! The hair on the floors of our room was absurd. Cleatly wasn't vacuumed. I say this because my toddler wears AFOS on his feet with velcro straps. The hair the velcro accumulated from crawling on the floor was disgusting! There was also hair in the tub. The room across the hall had a barking dog all night. The power went out at midnight and I could hear ALL my neighbors. The breakfast left much to be desired. Definitely won't stay at this Holiday Inn again.
