The host was very responsive and accommodating. The location was primo..easy walk to town lift. Parking was convenient and ski lockers were great. Plenty of room and many accessories to make your stay feel like home
Michael was a fantastic and accommodating host. The place is in an unbelievable location and the condo itself is wonderful. It was exactly as pictured and more, fully stocked with amenities, and very simple to find and access — would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.
We had an amazing time in Park City for the weekend. The condo was located right in the middle of everything- perfect for exploring the town and skiing. The owner Michael was great and I highly recommend!!
Michael was a great host with clear instructions on the property. Location was excellent, one block off of Main Street and two blocks from Town Lift. Property was quite nice for our family of four.

We visited Park City for a 3 day vacation. The location of the condo was perfect. We walked right around the corner to Main ST to get coffee, people watch and shopping. Mike gave us a restaurant recommendation. I have to say he was spot on, Prime steakhouse was delicious.
Fabulous location, can walk to everything. 1 flight of steps to ski in & out. Place was great for (4) of us. Plenty big, but not to big. Would rent same place again next trip to PC.
Extremely convenient condo, one block from Main St and the town lift. The place is cozy and comfortable, perfect for two couples or group of friends. Michael was very helpful and available to answer any questions.
Great property, incredible service, outstanding location
This was our 3rd year in a row doing a family ski trip to Park City. Last couple of years we went with a bigger group which required a larger property, but this year it was just our family. This property was perfect for a family of four. Mike's service and responsiveness was the best I've ever had from a VRBO rental, and the property was exactly as described. Also included some very nice extras like a boot dryer which came in handy. Lastly, the location simply can't be beat. 5 minute walk to the Town Lift (when skiing home, you don't even need to go all the way to the lift, just stop at the stairs on the Town Run and walk down directly to the property's back down), and 10 minute walk (max) to everything on Main Street. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
What a gem! This condo was perfect for our family of 4. One kid claimed the loft, and the other had one of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms had plenty of drawer space and lots of extra blankets and pillows. We had a quiet and restful stay. The location cannot be beat- skiing from the Town lift, walking to dinner and other fun in historic downtown. We had a car, but never used it! The condo had plenty of all the necessities and thoughtful extras that made our stay easy and comfortable. The owner was very quick to reply to my question. I felt like a friend was hosting me with all the thoughtful touches, a rarity when renting. We hope to be back soon!

We selected a condo that was walkable to pick up takeout, took the town lift to ski, and didn’t use elevators. While we took a plane and hung out with friends, we were able to limit being in communal spaces with large groups. Everyone on the mountain and in town wore masks and hand sanitizer is easily accessible.
Park City and this condo is the safest way to keep living and enjoying life during this unusual time.

We loved our pick for this trip! We were in a perfect spot, just steps from Main. The home was lovely! Comfy and cozy. Kitchen was loaded with plenty of pots, pans, utensils and flatware. You could cook spaghetti with sauce in one pot and noodles in another and STILL have plenty of perfect sized pots left. There is a Keurig and a regular 4 cup brewing coffee maker. Loved the gas fireplace....puts off plenty of heat. Bath toiletries available and a little "store" for small forgotten incidentals with an honor jar. We loved the artwork, too. Michael was wonderful and easy to communicate with. On the top of our Park City list for the future. Thank you!!
My family and I recently visited Park City to ski over the winter break. We were very pleased with this condo. The location is phenomenal! It is literally steps to lifts, restaurants, and shops. Quaint decor, with all the amenities one would need for an extended stay. A parking pass allows your vehicle to remain safely parked right outside your back door. Plenty of room in the interior, with a full kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy fireplace.
I would like to add that we were affected by the Southwest Airlines debacle and our return flight was canceled at the last minute. I reached out to the owner/property manager and he responded immediately. He graciously extended our stay without hesitation. We will be returning to Park City in the future and plan on staying here. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation!
We had a great stay and getting around couldn't have been easier. Michael provided great communication before, during, and after our stay. The access to the back street was great to get to and from the slopes. Not a true ski in/ski out but pretty close. To get to the hill was downhill and only about 1 block. Coming home we had the option of coming down a lot of stairs and then walking downhill 100 yards or walking back uphill that short 1 block walk. Nothing we couldn't handle but I always look for this detail in proximity when booking.
Michael stocks the place with key vacation amenities. Pics of each before check in is a nice touch. Saved us money having to buy these things we usually buy and throw away.
They definitely have thought of what the traveler needs and they seemed to have it. Extra blankets, pillows, fans, humidifier, pots / pans, etc.
When we return to Park City I will be checking availability here first.
Group of 4 avid skiers stayed for 3 nights. Great location. Just a short walk and some stairs to ski in and out for park city. Kitchen worked well too! Very clean and beds were super comfy. Thank you for a great stay.
