Deer Valley Black Bear Penthouse is two units in one! These units are a fantastic choice for those traveling with multiple families or large groups. The units share a hallway entrance, making the condos private if you decide to leave the unit doors open for large groups or close them when more privacy is preferred. This condo offers easy access to skiing in winter and hiking in summer. There's nearly 3,600 square feet of living space with beautiful hardwood floors that can accommodate up to 20 guests.

Living Room: Each living room has comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, a 70" Sony Smart TV, floor to ceiling windows with Deer Valley Resort views, making them the perfect gathering spaces.

Kitchen: The kitchens are a gourmet's dream with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and all the equipment and utensils need to create the group's favorite meals and snacks.

Dining Room: Each penthouse has separate dining areas and eat-in kitchen bars.

Bedrooms:
4 Master Bedrooms- You will find four master bedrooms, each with a King bed, a full private bath, and a 43" Roku Smart TV.
Lofts- There are two loft areas that each offer four Twin beds and a Smart TV with Apple TV, making it the perfect space for the kids.

Great place and location

We came with another family and the two places worked out great. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The short walk to ski was great. My only concerns were that the hot tubs didn’t get all that hot and it would have been nice to have a grill to bbq. Other than that we all loved it. Would definitely stay there again.

A nice space for how many people we had. Drains in 2 of the bathroom showers and sinks were plugged

A nice space for large groups. Drains in 2 bathrooms were plugged and quality of cookware was mediocre. Dealing w a management co not always ideal. Overall though a good experience.

Wonderful place for a large group.

With 14 of us, this property was excellent for a summer weekend of mountain biking, hiking, and going around Park city. 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 hot tubs. This is technically two condos, but the hallway leading up to them is only for the two condos, so you can leave the doors open and make it feel like one. Highly recommend this place for a large group.
