Amenities were poorly maintained. Coffee maker dribbled and made little coffee, appliances were sub par for a rental this expensive, no microwave or oven to warm up food, one bath sink would not drain, sink on toilet dripped on floor, no ice tray in refrigator freezer.

A Great Little Apartment

A great, small apartment for a few days in Paris. It's sparse and only fits 2 people. If you're going to be out all day and only there to sleep and rest, this is the perfect apartment. No bells and whistles so don't expect much but it's clean and comfortable.

L’appartement est bien situé entre Montparnasse et Duroc. Il est lumineux et spacieux. Quelques suggestions pour équiper l’appartement : Un lit serait plus confortable que le canapé, un micro-ondes combiné,un sèche cheveux, un repose serviettes dans la salle de bain, une penderie avec des cintres et 2 jeux de clés.

Vermieter ist keine Privatperson, sondern ein Großanbieter. Kommunikation mit ihm etwas umständlich. Den Schlüssel mussten wir mit samt Gepäck einige Straßen weiter bei einem Hotel abholen und am Ende wieder mit Gepäck dort hinbringen. Das Reinigungspersonal hatte das Toilettenpapier vergessen. Es ist Tage lang nicht gelungen, das zu korrigieren. Helles, sehr ruhiges Apartment. Sehr gute Metro-Anbindung zu einer Hauptstrecke.Zimmer mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Alle Messer unscharf.

Super Lage um den Eiffelturm abends zu Fuß zu besuchen! Die Wohnung warwie auf den Bildern, leider blieb das Wasser am letzten Tag kalt, ansonsten alles gut!!
