Lignes de métro 9 et 10 vous conduisant rapidement au centre de Paris, ainsi que plusieurs lignes de bus.
Beaucoup de charme, grâce aux poutres apparentes, au balcon et à la cheminée.
Très lumineux de par les nombreuses ouvertures.
Une suite parentale avec baignoire et lavabo une seconde chambre avec salle de bain et WC séparé. Cuisine très bien équipée. WIFI avec fibre, télévision ainsi que tous les équipements nécessaires.
