Let down disruption stress and additional expense
Booked 4 sat. At 3PM told not available even though it was confirmed & paid fully in Advance,so lost both Sat & Sunday.
Had to find hotel abort Sats plans & food family catch up chat etc. Sunday had to carry bags ALL day resulting in potential dangerous fall & unable to go up the Tour or other things.
Flat available @3 Sun. It was Just as hoped but instructions as to how to use equipment would have been helpful .
We made up on Mon seeing sites & doing some of the activities planned but furious about the loss of time additional cost & incredible extra stress as well as wasted time with family.
As an older couple we had planned carefully to discover that this was of no concern to the either the owner or the agency. We wanted what we booked & paid for: no more & certainly no less.
The explanation of allowing existing booking overrun into our time was not an acceptable one and could not be called an act of God or unavoidable. Hotels or restaurants know that a booking is an undertaking and don’t let people just overrun when there are booked & paid for customers waiting
I will think very carefully about using this site again.People make plans & others offer services and they should stick to them
A long awaited trip was turned into chaos and not the visit we had planned at all.
We have missed time, lost money, had additional inconvenience and stress which ch was totally unnecessary so no we are not happy
