Paris stay & host helpfulness

The location was wonderful and the host was amazing when we had a small emergency! Very near to some amazing restaurants and close to public transportation. There was a steep stairway between the the first and 2nd floors if there are any mobility problems in the group.

Great location

The location and the architecture were wonderful! The check-in was fine but must buzz through 2 doors, 1 lockbox and 2 other doors. Also, one set of keys for 3 guests was not enough. The apt could use a few extra amenities that would add to the stay and would make a huge difference. First of all, no air conditioning or fans (Just a small tabletop fan upstairs). Paris had had a heatwave the days before we arrived, otherwise It would have been impossible to sleep there sweating all night. We were lucky the temps were lower the day we arrived. They should provide extra towels, especially if it's booked to capacity with 4 people (there were 3 of us) and we were there 4 nights with the same towels. There's a nice coffee machine but no coffee provided - that would've been a nice touch to provide as well as teabags, No paper towels in the kitchen, bedding was stained. Pillows of poor quality from Ikea and not very firm and cheap. There was very little detergent left for the washer/dryer. Although it was nice to be able to wash clothes. A TV upstairs or downstairs would have been a nice as well during downtime to watch something or listen to music. Mentions Spa Tub but only a shower. For the nightly price we paid for 4 nights we could have found a much better property for the price. We are not that picky but the smallest touches can help make the experience here much better and would've made a huge difference if providing those small few extras. Thank you

Hervorragende Lage im Zentrum von Paris

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mitten in der Traumstadt Paris. Der Vermieter war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fanden ein, wenn auch sehr kleines, sauberes, modern und gemütlich eingerichtetes Appartement vor. Ausgestattet mit all dem, was man für einen Aufenthalt in Paris benötigt. Sogar ein Stadtplan und andere nützliche Tipps, in mehreren Sprachen, standen bereit. Persönlich würde ich die Wohnung zukünftig wieder mieten, allerdings nur wenn ich zu zweit unterwegs wäre. Für vier Personen ist es recht eng. Aber wie gesagt SUPER Lage und trotzdem nachts ruhig….
