The hotel was pure Paris, our suite on the 5th floor was warm and cozy, 2 levels with beautiful wallpaper, comfortable bed, a neat round bathtub/shower and lots of my favorite color, a dusty green that was on doors and trim! Plenty of closet space and a nice little coffee set up on the 1st level. Nice touches included large towels, cozy and roomy robes, heated bathroom floors and velux window shades. The view outside our balcony was picture perfect, the Arc de Triomphe was a block away. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating, conversational and went out of their way to make us feel special. We had breakfast included, their dining room is pretty and the waitstaff pleasant and attentive (Emmanuel was a standout). We also had lovely conversation with a manager whose name escapes me, he lived in Montmartre and was fun to chat with. Another plus was the ability to use their dry sauna and hot tub, a lovely way to relax after walking the city. Being our 3rd time in Paris, but the first time at a smaller local boutique hotel versus a corporate type of international property, I would avoid large properties and book to stay again in a heart beat.
