Wonderful loft

The house is incredibly beautiful, very well decorated, spacious, with a lot of natural light and a cost garden. We enjoyed making a fire and had a great stay. Thank you so much for such an incredible weekend.

Le logement est à revoir pour la location

Les points positifs : la situation du logement par rapport au centre de Paris et le Château de Versailles (qui était le but de notre week-end) et les 6 chambres de bonnes superficies et avec placards. Les points négatifs : - malgré le téléphone fourni par l'agence, afin de joindre facilement notre correspondant, ce dernier n'est jamais à l'heure aux rendez-vous : ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. - pas de serviettes de bains, de tapis de bain, ni de papier toilette : après plusieurs appels, le tout nous a été livré vers 23h30-23h45 le soir de notre arrivée. - nous avons dû farfouiller pour trouver des mugs et des sacs poubelles. - les toilettes ne ferment pas à clef, ni la salle de bain. - la lunette des toilettes de l'étage n'a pas dû connaître le nettoyage depuis Louis XIV - la propreté de la cuisine laissait à désirer. - 3 cuillères à café pour 10, c'est un peu juste. - pas de télévision : il semble que la majorité des loueurs ne veulent pas regarder le petit écran ??? (Réponse fournie par l’agence) - pas de micro-onde : pas d'explication, peut-être la même raison ??? - le Wifi ne fonctionne pas, on nous promet un technicien avant 9h le lendemain : on l’attend encore. Le jour du départ une voiture était garée devant le garage : notre correspondant nous a assuré qu'il appelait la police pour la faire enlever : on attend encore. Nous désirions partir à 15h, il nous a dit qu'il viendrait à 14h chercher les clefs : on l'attend encore. Après 10 minutes de manœuvres, nous avons réussi à sortir la voiture du garage, avons rappelé notre correspondant qui nous dit qu’il ne pourra venir tout de suite (or, il est déjà presque 15h !) et donc de laisser les clefs dehors dans un recoin devant la porte du garage : j’avoue que je trouve ça dangereux car n’importe qui peut les trouver et les utiliser à mauvais escient. Autant le logement a un beau volume et est atypique (dans le bon sens du terme) autant la propreté, l’équipement et la relation avec le correspondant de l’agence laissent à désirer. Pour finir, ce fameux correspondant, qui ressemble beaucoup à l’arlésienne, nous accuse d’avoir cassé une table : quid de cette table que nous n’avons pas vue (et nous étions 10 !). Il n’y a que 2 tables rondes pour 6 personnes dans le logement.
