Very central location, in the heart of historical Montorgueil street, pedestrian and very lively district (café, restaurants) with many shopkeepers (bakeries, cheesemongers, market-garden)
Brand new apartment completely renovated with an architect in november 2012
Decoration mixing typical Parisian style (genuine exposed wood beams, wooden floor) and modern style. Entrance, large kitchen completely equipped, wide living room with dining area, 1 bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom with a large shower italian style, individual restrooms, many closets, heaters in each room,1 comfortable pull out sofa bed in the living room
Amenities: fully equipped apartment with Wifi internet, flat screen TV and international channels, kitchen with all equipments (fridge, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, kettle, coffee machine), laundry machine, iron, iron table, hair dryer.

A central apartment

This 1 bedroom apartment is located in the second district of Paris, close to a multitude of eateries, bars, etc. Easy to get to from CDG airport. Close to the Louvre, the Metro can take you many places easily. I think you’ll like it!

This is a location not to be missed. Our entire experience with this facility, from initial correspondence until bidding goodbye was highly professional and extremely positive. On entering the apartment we felt at home, as the photo's that we had viewed many times before were exactly what we saw before us. Everything was perfect and clean. The flat provided everything needed and of a high quality. The area the apartment is situated in is vibrant and offered everything we needed. The street outside is lined with many restaurants, bars and shops to fulfill your every need. This is definitely a place that I will return to. Highly recommended!!

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung in Paris hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage innerhalb der Stadt ist wirklich klasse, fußläufig kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Zeit erreichen (z.B. Louvre, Notre-Dame). Gleichzeitig wohnt man ruhig im hinteren Bereich eines Innenhofes. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief problemlos und zielgerichtet. Bei Fragen wurden ausnahmslos und jederzeit beantwortet.Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen in nahegelegenen öffentlichen Parkhäusern, hierfür fallen zusätzliche Kosten an (kürzeste Entfernung ca. 300m).Wir haben die Wohnung wie auf den Fotos im Inserat eingerichtet vorgefunden. Leider scheint die letzte Renovierung bereits einige Zeit her zu sein, so dass sich doch einige, kleinere Mängel und Abnutzungserscheinungen ergeben haben. Das war aus meiner Sicht sehr schade, weil so das volle Potenzial der Wohnung nicht ausgeschöpft werden konnte. Die Funktionalität der Zimmer und Einrichtung war jedoch dennoch gegeben.

stupendo.. tutto perfetto

Sono rimasta veramente soddisfatta di questo appartamento.Si trova in una via centrale molto comoda e fornita di tutto.Sotto casa si trovano molti di negozi di genere alimentare pasticcerie, cioccolaterie ,mercatini di frutta verdura formaggi vini tutto delizioso....Si possono trovare anche molti ristorantini.le fermate della metropolitana sono vicine. L'appartamento è molto comodo pulito tutto nuovo.Il riscaldamento è termoautonomo in modo tale che ci si regola la temperatura a piacimento. I letti sono comodi e anche il divano letto è comodissimo.La biancheria fornita è bella nuova e pulitissima.L'apparatemento è molto silenzioso e molto sicuro infatti si trova all' interno di due portoni. Grandi finestre e molto luminoso dall'aria giovane e dinamica ma rilassante allo stesso tempo lo consiglio vivamente a tutti. Ma mi raccomando tenetelo bene perchè vorrei ritornarci e trovarlo ancora così perfetto. Un grazie al propietario davvero gentle e disponibile.

Apartamento muy confortable y bien situado

El apartamento es muy confortable, está muy bien equipado, es seguro y no tiene ruidos. Está ubicado en un viejo edificio al que se accede por un gran portalón que da a un patio interior; no obstante la antigüedad del edificio, el apartamento está recién rehabilitado siguiendo un estilo semirrústico. El mobiliario es completamente nuevo (lo estrenamos nosotros). La calle donde se halla, Montorgueil, es peatonal y está llena de tiendas (supermercado, carnicería, pescadería, enotecas con excelentes vinos franceses, queserías, etc.), bares y pequeños y desenfadados restaurantes. Está en plena zona monumental y de museos, por lo que se puede ir a pie a todos los sitios importantes. Por último, Jean François es una persona muy amable, acogedora, siempre dispuesta a ayudarte, razones por las que le estamos muy agradecidos. Hemos pasado 8 días inolvidables ¡y eso que ya habíamos estado en París en varias ocasiones!
