The apartment is situated in a heritage building constructed in 1898–1899 by architect Édouard Wattier. Its historic character blends beautifully with the apartment's contemporary interiors, creating a distinctive atmosphere that combines Parisian heritage with modern comfort.

The spacious living areas are designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The elegant living room features a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two guests, while the separate dining room provides ample seating for group meals. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, making the apartment particularly convenient for longer visits.

The apartment offers four separate bedrooms, including a unique mezzanine bedroom. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second and third bedrooms each have a double bed. The fourth bedroom is located on a mezzanine level approximately 1 metre high and does not have a window. In addition, the living room can be converted into a sleeping area with a sofa bed for two guests.

The apartment is ideally suited for up to 8 guests and can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. It includes two shared bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower and WC, as well as a separate WC.

For added comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, a washer-dryer, hair dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, induction cooking plates and a combination microwave oven. A full selection of cookware and kitchen utensils is also provided. Guests can enjoy quality bedding, bath and bed linen, toiletries, and other essentials. A baby cot and high chair can also be provided upon request, and a safe is available for added convenience.

The apartment's central location provides easy access to some of Paris's most celebrated attractions, restaurants, cafés, boutiques and cultural landmarks. Being close to both the Louvre and the Marais makes it an excellent base for exploring the city, while the lively surroundings offer an authentic Parisian atmosphere. Please note that, due to the central location and lively neighborhood, some street noise may occasionally be heard.

Guests can access the apartment easily using the secure key box located inside the building. The access code and detailed check-in instructions, including a video guide, will be provided before arrival. The apartment is located on the second floor and the building has an elevator, although some stairs are required to reach it.

For guests arriving by car, several paid parking options are available nearby, including secure indoor parking and outdoor spaces. Taxi drop-off is also possible directly in front of the building.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, parties, gatherings and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., and music should not be played during these hours. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or building, and only registered guests whose identification has been provided may access the property. Professional photo or video shoots are also not permitted.

Guests are kindly expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition in which it was found. Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply in the event of damage or non-compliance with the house rules. Identification documents are required for all adult guests, and the apartment is professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure.
