GREAT location!
The room was small. Had to walk sideways around the end of the bed to get to the other side. Don’t bring full size luggage! Fortunately, we only bring carryon luggage. The hangars didn’t even fit in the small closet. But that’s Paris! You’re only there to sleep and shower anyway. The bed was very comfortable, pillows great. It was clean. The shower was small but we aren’t big people. The hair dryer was wimpy. The breakfast was sparse. Only baguette with a few slices of meat and cheese and a little fruit. Good coffee out of the machine. We opted for other breakfast after the first day. There’s a Starbucks around the corner if you need it. There’s plenty of places to eat for lunch and dinner. The night life is bustling! It’s very close to the train/metro, only a 4 minute walk. Its a 10 walk to Louvre and 15 to Notre Dame. Easy bus to Eiffel. Easy train to Versailles. This hotel was a good choice for location to everything we wanted to see. The staff was always friendly and gave us water bottles for our day outings. Be sure to always greet with bonjour everywhere you go and it will go well with your stay in Paris!
