Staff was very warm and attentive. The bed was very comfortable. Awesome location walk many good restaurants. Easy walk to the metro. Near The Pigalle. One thing they can improve on was their WIFI.

We had a great stay here. It’s about a 40 minute walk to the heart of Paris, 20 minutes via metro and super close to 2 metro stations. It’s also very close to Montemarte which we enjoyed. The staff was super kind and housekeeping was awesome. The bathroom was small but they all seem to be across Europe. The one thing was that the rooms are very close together and the walls are incredibly thin. I had a lot of trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. The front desk was staffed 24/7 however I still feel like there could be more safety features as it felt like it’d be very easy for anyone to walk right up to the rooms. Definitely a great stay for the price, I would consider staying somewhere else next time though because how difficult it was to sleep there.

Pros: the hotel is very well located, you can pretty much walk to the main attractions; there are plenty of options for coffees, breakfasts and meals; and there are also supermarkets and groceries. Staff was polite. Cons: the bathroom smelled a bit like sewage, the towels were very thin and the amenities were minimal. Also there are no fridge and no safe in the room. The mattress was very hard. The TV screen was very small (like a PC screen). Room was not soundproof and I could hear the people next door talking quite late.

A cute hotel! We stayed for one night and it was perfect for our needs. Walking distance from Sacre Coeur, lots of eateries near by and the views from our room were wonderful. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Front desk staff was also very nice and welcoming.

Our stay was great. Check in was smooth and staff were very accommodating. When we checked out they let us keep our luggage there while we went for breakfast and did some errands before heading out to our next destination.

-Excellent location! -My third time at this hotel. -Double rooms are small but comfortable. -Staff are friendly, multilingual, and knowledgeable. -You have to leave your key at reception every time you leave the hotel, so "if you're late at night they know they should expect you," as per what the staff told us. I don't fully understand this requirement, since the reception is staffed 24/7. -Good housekeeping -Rooms might be noisy if overlooking what remains a busy Victor Masse street, even at night.
