Decent room for solo or couple. Shower area is small. Walking distance to the train station and Eiffel Tower. Supermarket, cafe, restaurants and bakery around area which is very convenient.

Staff were great. Our room was super small so that one person had to be on the bed while the other moved around. Beds were comfortable. You can hear everything in the hallway but people were quiet.

This location is a 5. It is walking to all tourist attractions. It has a church around the corner and restaurants across the street. We left early only because my mother was unable to do the 4 flights of stairs and the breakfast was not worth it at all. Highly recommend if you do not have an issue with stairs and no assistance with luggage.
