Clean room, amazing staff, the 2 concierges were fantastic Rami and the other fellow from Arkansas, super helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend, location is great, 20 min walking distance to the Louvre and area. Definitely recommend 10/10. Hotel Louis II was a great hotel for our family. We did book a family room so we had 2 adjoining rooms which was nice and definitely needed. The rooms are small but nice and comfortable. The staff was always welcoming and helpful. Travelocity says that the hotel offers 24 hour airport shuttle service. This is not the case. The hotel ordered us a taxi to get to the airport. If I had known that, I would have ordered a different service we used to get to our hotel from the airport because it was much cheaper than the cab the hotel ordered for us.
