Great location, but apartment not appropriate for co-workers
Charming, but not enough privacy. Noisy. Musty. Not great airflow, (if the windows are all open, the apartment is too noisy for a conversation. One bathroom was designed as a wet bathroom. Terrible internet (ADSL) if you want to use it for business.
