Our stay in Paris
The apartment was very cheap and the contact to the owner was excellent.
Nonetheless there were a few things, that were not that nice which I already told the owner of the apartment.
The apartment was not ver clean. Glasses very dirty, the bedside table was dirty to. it smelled in the apartment. Some furnitures needed to be fixed.
The table and a chair are wobbling. The drawer of the wardrobe is broken.
The knives were blunt and inside the kettle black something came out of it.
The skirting board should be fixed,too.
Last but not least, the apartment was way more than 10 minutes from the station Opera. You need at about 10 minutes to walk to the Metro station nearby the apartment.
Nevertheless we enjoyed our trip Paris.

Location agréable et propriétaire avenant
Nous avons passé une quinzaine de jours dans ce charmant cosy, idéalement situé, à quelques minutes des transports et du centre ville et très fonctionnel.
La propriétaire à été durant tout notre séjour accueillante, disponible et très réactive. Son dynamisme et sa sympathie doivent être soulignés.
Pour résumer, nous recommandons cet appartement pour sa situation, sa fonctionnalité mais également par rapport à la gentillesse de sa propriétaire et sa disponibilité.

Emplacement sympa desservi par les transports en commun arrêt de bus à quelques mètres et arrêt de métro à 10 min à pieds.
