On arrival, the apartment is smaller than the photographs. (We were 2 people and I would say that any more people than that would be very cramped.) We discovered there was no bed linen provided, as promised, for the sofa bed, which was also extremely uncomfortable due to a very thin mattress with visible springs pressing through, and the toilet seat was completely broken. The flush panel on the wall also fell off during our stay. We tried to contact the local help number but were cut off each time. We contacted check my guest, who told us to contact the homeowner and finally, in desperation, the booking agent Belvilla. They assured us it would be dealt with swiftly. It was not. We did not receive any bed linen until the following day when the toilet seat was also fixed. However, we had lost one day and night of our short 3 night stay. We bought a single sheet for the sofa bed on realising that there was no help forthcoming and Belvilla & the homeowner have refused to pay for this. It was their error, yet we are out of pocket.Terrible service. As others have said, trying to find the contact number for local help is difficult enough but to then be ignored for 24 hours is not acceptable. Do not stay here.
