Profitez pleinement de la vie parisienne dans un petit studio refait à neuf. . Le grand lit pour 2 personnes se trouve sur la mezzanine, le canapé-lit est pour 1 personne. Le kitchenette est très bien équipé, plaque électrique, four-micro-ondes,1 réfrigérateur, plusieurs casseroles et poêles. 1 salle de douche, 1 wc. Un coin de bureau et une petite table à manger sont dans la pièce à vivre. C'est petite mais fonctionnel. Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite à cause de la mezzanine.
le studio est dans une petite rue piétonne très sympa, tout à porté de main, Carrefour Market, épicerie, plusieurs restaurants, Biocoop, 1 boulangerie traditionnelle. Quartier doté bcp d'espaces verts (parc des Buttes -Chaumont, Parc de la Villette, parc de la Butte du chapeau Rouge). Les activités culturelles sont sur place, Cinémas, théâtres, la philharmonie de Paris, le Zénith de Paris, le cabaret sauvage sont juste à côté. L'espace aquatique Pailleron offre plusieurs activités détentes et sportives avec son sauna, sa piscine couverte en hiver et découverte en été, sa patinoire, des sales de yoga, de fitness. Pour déplacer dans tout Paris le métro 5, le tramway les Bus 75 et 71 sont à proximité moins de 5 minutes à pied.
