Pas de climatisation alors qu il faisait plus de 30 degrés dans la chambre. Pas de linge de toilette. Odeur de cigarette horrible. Monsieur du soir très agréable, dame du matin qui certes avait mal à la tête mais qui aurait pu fendre d amabilité et de sourire. Bref tres tres cher pour le niveau de prestation

La même pauvre personne doit être à l'accueil, prendre les commandes, chauffer les plats et servir les boissons. Autant dire que c'est impossible à tenir. Donc le soir je n'ai pas eu ma boisson commandée, le service est horriblement long. Donc j'ai coupé court, un plat et au dodo. Le matin rebelote, réceptionniste seule pour faire les factures et s'occuper des petits déjeuners, donc plus de jus d'orange, attente pour la facturation, etc. De plus environnent de l'hôtel à faire peur au milieu d'immeubles un peu zones.

Das Bett super bequem.Bettwäsche sauber. Parkplatz auf dem Gelände nur gegen 10 Euro Aufpreis. Frühstück super.Ruhige Lage. Zimmer mit Aussenjalousie.

L'hotel a été refait récemment, donc c'est propre. Je suis impressioné par le dévouement et la comptéence du personnel, prêt à tout moment à rendre service, surtout la personne de l'après-midi / soirée, qui est toute seule et toujours le sourire

Esperienza quasi da dimenticare! Al mio arrivo trovato cestino della toilette pieno dal cliente precedente e il sapone completamente vuoto (problema prontamente risolto dal personale). Al mio rientro in hotel la sera ho trovato la stanza mezza “allagata” perché era stato lavato il piazzale con l’idropulitrice! Soffione doccia che perde acqua da tutte le parti meno che da dove dovrebbe e doccia senza vetro, con conseguente “allagamento” de bagno ad ogni doccia! Punto positivo il letto super comodo e il personale disponibile, ma in generale manca un po’ di attenzione per i “dettagli”!

Je viens 2 fois par an dans cet hotel malheureusement ils ont changé les matelas et c'est une horreur tout mou et Déjà déformé nous demandons tous les ans qu'ils Mettent une poignée dans la baignoire toujours pas fait La baignoire est glissante et maintenant ils font payer le parking je suis restée 6 nuits le menage n'a pas été fait pendant 3 jours

Suite à une arrivée tardive j'ai appelé pour savoir si il y avait un gardien.. on m'a indiqué qu'il y en avait bien un 24 heures sur 24. À mon arrivée réel je suis resté près d'un quart d'heure devant la porte fermée sans aucune réponse à mes frappes à la porte car il n'y avait pas de sonnette. J'ai dû appeler au téléphone pour que le gardien arrive m'ouvrir. J'ai dû payer le parking non indiqué lors de la commande. À mon départ de bonne heure idem j'ai dû attendre devant la porte et appeler au téléphone pour que le veilleur de nuit arrive la tête complètement enfariné après avoir certainement bien dormi durant cette nuit qui a été très courte pour moi mais pour lui je pense qu'elle a dû bien se passer. Très déçu de cet hôtel
