Could not gain access to building in the middle of the night
PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PROPERTY UNLESS YOU CAN VERIFY THEY HAVE FIXED THE ISSUE WITH THE MAIN FRONT DOOR OF THE BUILDING! READ BELOW…We actually never stayed at this property, as we had to book another hotel in the middle of the night as the building code panel malfunctioned and did not work. Myself, my husband and our taxi driver could not enter from the street given the self check-in instructions. I could not find the number to call (was not listed with the check-in instructions), so we were stranded with two young kids on the sidewalk in front of the building. Luckily another nearby hotel could take us in.We did not receive a reply until late the next morning. We had made another hotel booking at that point because we were under the impression this had been a scam.When I went back during the day, the code from the check-in instructions worked perfectly-COMPLETELY different experience than the night before. I contemplated cancelling our other hotel and continuing on here, however, when I returned with the family it was the same thing as the night before, and we could not access the building with the code from the outside! About two minutes later, a resident from inside left, and when the outside door open and closed, and we tried again, the code worked perfectly.Obviously, a problem with the main front door.This rating might be a 3.5 to 4 star review. Hard to say, as we basically had to pay for three nights at another hotel
