Excellent location

App't was a little smaller than I expected, but certainly more than adequate for 3 adults. Distance to Arc de Triomphe possible not as far as listed. Excellent boulangerie and small grocery store a couple of minutes down the street. The chinese restaurant (yes, even in Paris I decided to try french chinese cuisine), is absolutely wonderful.Given other properties listed, certainly great value for money if location is a major factor.

Horrible stay in a beautiful neighborhood

This was not at all what was advertised. We entered the proper band discovered a sign on the wall next to the AC unit stating “AC is broken.” We would have been fine but of the fans provided, only one of them would turn on and only at the lowest setting. The bathroom had a cutout on the wall held up by a bandaid. The bed was on top of a broken frame. It sunk in the middle and became worse each night of our stay. When I reached out the host they simply never responded. Thankfully we were in Paris to be outside and spent as little time in the hot, dingy space and were so happy to leave. I’m confused by the reviews and not sure if they’ve paid or fabricated them because this was simply not at all the place I read reviews about or saw in the pictures. It is functional if you do not care about temperature, cleanliness or comfort. Great location but you can find a much better stay.

Great location, underwhelming apartment

Literally steps from the Champs Elysees, but the pictures are VERY misleading. It’s basically a converted office space on the ground floor. The bathroom has water damage, and a huge part of the wall duct taped over the toilet. Zero outlets in the bathroom, so you’re blow drying your hair in the kitchen. Zero closets (the one pictured is storage for vacuum) or spaces to hang your clothing. Weird drawer full of random clothes in the dresser. The AC in the cover picture is “not allowed” to use.Check in and communication with the owner was easy, so if you can get past the other things, have at it. I would stay elsewhere next time.
