The flat was inhabitable due to due to it being ridden with black mold that was visible on the walls under the sink, sinks in the baseboards and in the closets. They tried to hide the smell with air freshener reads, but it hit you as soon as you open the door we were woken at 4 AM to water dripping on our faces from the roof leaking in the room with the glass ceiling. we were then told that we would not be relocated and we would also not receive a refund. If we stayed on the premises we had to spend five hours on the phone coming to that conclusion and we’re not on the premises as we had prior reservations at Disneyland in Paris this was booked through VRBO but then hand it over to two 3rd parties. I was never able to get in touch with the host and after vacating was told that I would be refunded for the nights we did not stay and no one will get in touch with me to give me that refund. We all developed rashes and got sick from the toxicity in the apartment and I had to spend over 100 talking to them on the phone as it was international and outside of my plan. I travel a lot and typically do not stay in hotels. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had while traveling.
