Kind stuff, but dishonest manager

Excellent and very kind stuff at the reception. However, be aware the manager will try to claim that the online payment didn't go through, and will try to make you pay twice. Not an acceptable practice!

Good location, could be cleaner, some serious problems with customer service, waited an hour for front desk to give the impression that we had a room—kept denying we had a reservation—very unsettling experience to start the stay. Some front desk staff were more helpful

Vale o custo benefício

Já ficamos outras vezes no hostel, no quarto para casal privativo, como não ligamos muito para luxos para nos super vale a pena o custo benefício, pois em Paraty é bem caro tudo , e esse hostel fica pertinho do centro histórico, local seguro , ao lado tem um supermercado, em frente tem um restaurante, a moça que cuida de lá é super atenciosa, somente para dormir vale muito a pena , um local simples , mas sem bagunça,super tranquilo

Recomendo! Ótima localização pela cidade!

Ótimo Hostel. Muito simpáticos os funcionários, com especial elogio para a anfitriã Rosa, que é muito educada, gentil e nos forneceu várias informações e dicas da cidade. Banheiro grande, com água quente e sempre limpo. Na cozinha, usamos talheres, geladeira e microondas. Ponto negativo foi a cama de casal que estava com a madeira quebrada na parte onde ficam os pés quando se deita, de modo que não pudemos sentar ali pra não afundarmos. Mas todo o resto da cama estava bom, permitindo dormir bem. Muito bem localizado, ao lado de supermercado, na frente de restaurante a quilo e a 4min de caminhada do centro histórico. Recomendo!

Abaixo das expectativas

As pessoas que trabalham no Hostel são muito atenciosas. Fiquei num quarto individual. O ar condicionado é daqueles antigos, muito sujo, faz um barulhão e mal gela. A porta do quarto também faz muito barulho cada vez que precisa abrir. Fica pertinho do centro histórico, mas longe das praias.

O valor é muito caro, preço de pousada boa. É hostel de pessima aparência, velho, mal cuidado, tudo precário demais. No quarto privado havia formigas, o ar condicionado é muito barulhento, janela de vidro com uma cortina que não cobre a janela toda, dá pra ouvir os pombos no forro do teto do quarto. O banheiro compartilhado so tem uma cortina de plástico e após o banho fica todo molhado, não ha condições de higiene possível ali. Os funcionários são atenciosos, unico ponto positivo. Localização não é boa, lugar sombrio a noite. Ha pessoas que pagam pra dormir no sofa da sala do hostel. Se algum hospede chaga a noite, não da nem pra acender luz, pq incomoda as pessoas do sofa. Fiquei so uma noite, não era possivel continuar lá. Não recomendo
