Check in was nice. Played off as a 5 star hotel. It’s more a motel. The AC in the room sounded like there was a mouse inside of it 24/7. Bathroom tissue holder was broken off the wall on floor in room when checked in. A broken flashing light behind the bed. But tv worked.

I needed a wheelchair because I hurt my leg unexpectedly. They immediately helped and allowed me to check in early. They asked me every day how I was feeling. The service was fantastic, the room was clean, the only thing that I didn’t like was the breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing to worry about was the dangerous entry and exit to the hotel from Route 17. It is a very busy highway and extremely hard to go in and out of the hotel!

Chose this hotel because it was the highest rated in the Hackensack area. Staff were great but my room was not properly cleaned. The tub was obviously not cleaned and had stray hairs and other debris. Would not stay here again.
