This charming villa with a private pool, centrally located in Pernera is just a short walk to the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars, and very close to the beautiful Pernera - Protaras boardwalk that leads you to Fig Tree Bay Beach.

As you enter the villa, you will find the modern open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room features a comfortable seating area, widescreen TV and patio doors leading to the garden and pool. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 people, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and cutlery required for your comfortable self-catering stay, and includes a large breakfast bar with extra seating for 2 people.
