Villa Malama is a lovely 3 bedroom villa located within a couple of minutes' walk away from Malama beach in Kapparis area. There are shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa all year round.

The spacious open plan living area comprises of a kitchen equipped with all essentials. The kitchen leads to the dining area that has a dining table with 6 chairs and a comfortable living room area. On the ground floor there is a shower room and guest toilet.

Patio doors lead from the lounge into the outside area, swimming pool and spacious BBQ area.

The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Both rooms share a family bathroom.

The nearby resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa are just a short drive from the villa, with lots of attractions and lively nightlife.
