Lovely staff. Nice property. I stayed at the adults only marina side, which looks very different from the pictures but the property shown in the pictures is a 5-minute walk. That was surprising at first but I ended up very much liking the adult side as it was quieter and calmer than the family side. I typically like the liveliness of family side but for this trip I really needed the peace and quiet. The pool on the marina side is lovely although small. You can take a water taxi to an absolutely wonderful beach. The iguanas in flamingos were super cool and I even got to snorkel there and saw some really neat fish and a little octopus. Access to good food and drinks throughout the property is easy. Did not miss being a little further away from Eagle beach and Palm beach. Easy taxi ride there and again it was nice to be out of the busyness. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel and surrounding area was like its own suburban location with a city feel. Lots of dining, shopping and entertainment options. Safe and walkable. The room was clean and spacious. The toiletries were high quality. Staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. Gym facilities are clean and spacious. Entertainment and activities by the pool were chill and suffice. Small lagoon at the Oceanside (non adults only) was the perfect opportunity to feel like you’re taking a dip in the ocean but without the heavy waves or current. Flamingo island was easily accessible and a quick trip by boat. Plenty of space and beach chairs, etc. palapas. Place to eat, drink and shop. Kayaks. Etc. highly recommend this resort for the Caribbean feel without the hustle and bustle of the nightlife and the crowds downtown.
