The villa is situated on two floors with the upper floor comprising of a large dining/lounge/living area opening onto a spacious balcony overlooking the swimming pool and with magnificent views of the Akamas and Polis Bay, a kitchen and a guest toilet. The lower floor comprises of three spacious bedrooms, the main bedroom having an en-suite bathroom, and a further bathroom for the other two bedrooms.
All kitchen glass cutlery and silver are in place, refrigerator, oven , ceramic hobs , coffee maker machine, toaster, and electric kettle also are part of kitchen equipment.
All bedrooms and common areas has split unit Air condition which is with an extra charge of 5.00 euro per unit per day for either cooling orr heating.
Just a walking distance from the villa the guest can find traditional tavernas where can enjoy the famous Cyprus meat meze, also a mini market for a basic shopping. For bigger choice of food and shopping nearest place is Latchi 4km from the villa. Latchi is one of the most famous fishing harbors in Cyprus therefore lot of fish tavernas are at the place.
This is a private property and guests will have the whole property and facilities to themselves. The host will be present to welcome guests whenever possible. He will also be on 24 hour call in case of any emergencies..
