We have had an amazing stay at this property. It was clean and had everything we needed. Pool and games room was enjoyed by both the adults and kids. I would definitely book to come back here to stay when returning to paphos.

Loved the pool (which was cleaned while we were there, discreet groundsmen also tidied garden), games room a bonus (though no A/C or fan so gets a bit warm!). Kids glad of the A/C and WiFi. Ideal for family; each room has ensuite shower with WC (bear in mind the twin room is on the ground floor, with two doubles on first floor...our kids a bit older so we were cool with them being 'downstairs'). Owner emailed us in advance to advise re: check-in (and gave directions from airports), and popped by during our stay to ensure all was well. Lovely to have fruit and water awaiting us (little 'kiosk' shop within walking distance for essentials and a few supermarkets close by to stock up). Washing machine came in handy (there's an airer to dry laundry outside), and chuffed to see coffee percolator! Note sockets all take UK-style 3-pin plugs though some appliances are 2-pin styles (we took a few adaptors with us just in case which came in handy!). Villa had everything we needed even though some of it looked a little tired, it was all clean. Hand and bath towels (plus little soaps!) were all provided. Really enjoyed our stay in Paphos at Marinea Villa 1...

Good location, not just one bathroom but also 2 en-suites. Very roomy house and 3 pin plug sockets, no adaptors needed for UK plugs. Owners very responsive with any queries and problems.

Great stay in the villa. Had everything we needed. Private pool was lovely and surprisingly deep. We were in 7 and it didn’t feel over looked at all. All rooms of a good size. Probably do need a car but enough locally if you don’t have one.

Home from home

This is a good size villa, not too big but more than adequate. The place was spotlessly clean which is always good, and the owners had left fruit, bread,milk, jam and wine! Downsides were the beds, very hard for me, but that may just be us!

Pretty much perfect!

Excellent Private Quiet location. Villa was well equipped, clean and spacious, pool and surrounds spotless and clean and well maintained. Met by agent when we arrived late, very helpful.

Marinea Villa, Chlorakas, Paphos

The villa was perfect for our needs, the owner provided a starter pack of milk, bread, water, tea, coffee, and water, and a lovely basket of fresh fruit with a bottle of wine, this was a lovely touch and made our arrival so much easier as we didn't have to rush out to get basics. Good location close to the sea, lovely coastal walks to be had in both directions.You really need a car to get to shops, Lidl supermarket nearest, but then lots of choice further on into Kato Paphos. Good bus service from main road, bus stop about a 10 minute walk. Very spacious and clean villa, kitchen well equipped, and lots of outside space to sit and eat. Furniture rather tired but suited our needs. Had a problem with toilet in en-suite, but owner came out immediately to check it out. All in all a very enjoyable break.

הוילה בסך הכל נחמדה. ישנם כמה ליקויים כמו ג'וקים וריח טחב נורא. אנטוניו בעל הוילה מאוד נחמד ועזר לנו בכל דבר שביקשנו. המרחק לתחבורה ציבורית קצת רחוק.
