* EXCELLENT **- Situated in a newly built complex of 7 semi-detached houses, in a very quiet but touristic area with shops around to cover all the usual needs ( bakery/food stores/restaurants/clubs/bars etc). The sea is only (approx) 2km and the complex has a private/common swimming pool which is regularly maintained. The pool is unattended (so extra care is needed for families with children-max depth 1.70-1.80m) Pleasant surroundings with a lot of green!! The house has two connected floors. On the ground floor, it accommodates the kitchen/living room/wc and with a tent-covered veranda extended outside into the private garden. The upper floor has two rooms, each one with private WC/shower and veranda. The house is fully fitted with most of the essential electrical appliances needed (cooker/fridge/ washing machine/tv/coffee m/ne etc) and is fully furnished. The rooms are fully air-conditioned. It has its own parking place in front of the house. TV is also provided 42 inches with CY channels There is a good view of the surrounding area, extending up to the sea.

A lovely house in a great area easy walking distance to bars and bakery. A lovely pool and garden with citrus fruit to pick. Great neighbours we had a great 3 weeks here and have booked again for next year
Great location and fabulous neighbours. Had a really good stay here. Pool and house were ideal for what we needed. Bedroom air conditioning would benefit from an upgrade.
Loved it here! Good accommodation in good location. Neighbours are lovely and bars restaurants in easy walking distance. Even wider choice in easy drive!
In terms of improvements perhaps an effective entertainment system for tv and a slight increase in electric allowance would have improved the experience even more!

Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Peyia! From the warm welcome by Jim to the property itself: everything was fantastic.
It was clean when we arrived, the air conditioning was very much appreciated as was the fact that each bedroom had it's own ensuite bathroom and balcony with fantastic views. The swimming pool and available beds, pool noodles and such were very well-kept, the neighbours were amazing and helpful when needed. We also loved the cats that lived on the block, especially Mr Benn who obviously was taken very well care of.
Making agreements about checking out with Jim and Dee was very easy: these people are absolute gems and made our stay even better. Thank you!
Property in need of tlc & deep clean, especially the ensuits. Bed linen old & very creased. Had to make one of the beds ourselves. Water pump on roof ran continuously through the night, oven not cleaned, etc etc. The list is endlesss. I would not recomend this property to anyone
In general the house was very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent with all amenities, chemist, health centre, bakery, convenience store, bars, restaurants etc within walking distance. The property was very clean and the welcome brief by Jim who met us on arrival was very good, thank you Jim. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need although some af the crockery was chipped and there was a mish mash of glassware.
The house has obviously been used as a holiday let for some time now and would benefit from updating and brightening up.
There is a TV but I feel that in the digital age this should be a smart TV or have blue tooth capability. The only channels available are in Greek. (This was known about beforehand and we took a Firestick with us).
The shared pool and garden were wonderful and the neighbours friendly and welcoming.
We would certainly stay there again if the improvements mentioned were carried out.

Aus unserer Sicht ein gravierender Nachteil ist die falsche
Schreibweise des Ortes in der Anzeige: Peyia ist falsch!
Richtig ist: Pegeia! Durch diesen Fehler hat uns das aktuelle
Navi-aus welchen Gründen auch immer- nach Nikosia geleitet!!
Somit sind wir mit 2stündiger Verspätung gegen 23:00
erst angekommen. Die Kontaktperson des Vermieters
hat es bei der Schöüsselübergabe mit Freundlichkeit "getragen"!

Lovely town house with lovely neighbours.
Clean and tidy throughput with comfy beds and lovely pool. We have stayed in Peyia for a number of years and like the village, so the location of the rental was ideal. The owner popped over to see us with some local cakes which was a nice touch. The house I think would benefit with a hairdryer for the girls, some English TV if you have youngsters and a tidy music system. All said and done, we would not hesitate to return.
