Surrounded by beautiful lake scenery, this cozy retreat offers a comfortable space to slow down, enjoy the outdoors, and reconnect with family and friends.
KITCHEN & DINING
The cabin includes a convenient kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Please note that there is no oven. It’s perfect for preparing easy meals before heading out for a day on the lake or unwinding after a day of fishing.

Enjoy the best of lakefront living with Panguitch Lake right outside your door. Known for excellent fishing, the area is a favorite among guests looking to spend their getaway on the water.
Many guests choose to rent a pontoon for their entire stay, giving them easy access to the lake for full days of fishing and exploring.
Important Fish-Cleaning Rule: Fish cleaning is not permitted inside the cabin. A dedicated fish-cleaning station is conveniently located near the boat docks. Simply walk up the stairs from the docks and you’ll find the station nearby.

We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful stay. While we respect your privacy and will not be on-site, we are readily available via the messaging app or phone to answer any questions or address any needs that may arise during your visit.
The cabin has its own parking area with enough space for a large truck and a recreational vehicle such as a RAZR/side-by-side. A maximum of 2 regular vehicles can fit.
4WD/AWD and snow tires or chains are highly recommended from December through the end of March, or whenever snow and icy conditions are present. Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is properly equipped and capable of safely accessing the property in winter conditions. Vistay is not responsible for any vehicle-related issues, damage, towing, or difficulties accessing the property due to snow, ice, or winter road conditions.

- Undeclared Guests: Guests must match the reservation. Undeclared guests will be charged 2x the applicable additional guest fee.
- No food is allowed in the living room.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the premises. Violation of this house rule will result in a $500 fine, in addition to any extra cleaning fees required to remove smoke odors or residue
- Keep pets off the furniture
- No parties or large gatherings
- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
- Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
