A different 5 star experience than we are used too. Staff especially reception are a bit immature and slow. Bed in Grand Heritage room was rock hard. Do not choose this room if you are after a nice soft bed.Internet expensive no free wi fi, and laundry and restaurants over priced but both well done. All in all a decent experience but would not stay there again.
