Built in a more than 8000 m2 of private land with over 130 olive trees and has a private beach with pebbles, isolated by rocky coast and accessible to others only by sea.

Fully equipped beautiful kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, espresso machine toaster ,gas and e-power cooker , microwave,oven , mixer and all necessary utensils ,dishes , glasses and silverware just like home.
Big veranda around the house with sitting and eating area and beautiful garden with sea view to enjoy all day long.
A big Gas BBQ at your disposal.
Fully equipped laundry corner (basic detergent provided).
Portable Baby bath tub.
2 sets Bed linens / bed , 2 sets Towels /person provided.
Cleaning service is possible 1/week for a fee and must be asked in advance and payable cash on site.
The beach is directly accessible from the property and equipped with sun beds and umbrellas and 2 canoes at your disposal.
There is also an outdoor shower near the beach.
The historical protection (as mentioned before) give to this land a virgin sense, next step from the full of life and people of Peramos and the famous Beach Bars of Ammolofi.
Here you will enjoy the serenity of nature and whisper of the sea.
NOTE that you will need a CAR as the Villa is at the end of a non asphalt road about 3 km away from Peramos .
The villa is also amazing during winter and has everything needed to be able to enjoy a cosy warm weekend near a fireplace with view to the sea ( for max 8 people ).
If you intent to rent the house during the winter months be aware that this road becomes rough because of the rain and you will have to have a 4X4 car to access.
