The shuttle bus is great and the bus drivers are very helpful. The staff at reception is very friendly and helpful too. The staff at the restaurant was a bit rude and didn’t provide good customer service, however the food was good. The hotel in general wasn’t very clean, specially the bedroom’s floor and bathroom, even they had signs indicating that they are very committed to the hotel cleanness 🤔
